Apostle Dr. Terrie S Reed
As a true Servant, consecrated Apostle and Minister of the Almighty God, Dr. Reed is also a Certified Life Coach and Influencer who serves to Equip believers with the necessary tools and training to fulfill the Great Commission; to Engage believers in productive ministry, in-reach and out-reach; and to Empower the community into the Kingdom of God through the Holy Spirit – to have a true Glory Encounter!
As Missions Pastor of the Monument of Love Baptist Church in Memphis, TN, she assists in hosting mission teams nationwide to provide them opportunities of volunteerism and evangelism. She is President of Elev8 Institute (a professional development institute) and President of Alliance Bible College & Seminary.
Dr. Reed serves on multiple organizations’ boards; is a published author; and holds two degrees from The University of Memphis and two degrees from the International College of Ministry. With her love for the young women, she directs a mentoring program to provide them with life skills and self-confidence.
She loves her family, which included 3 adult children, 8 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Her hobbies are traveling, reading, photography and gardening.
Dr. Barry K. Jackson
Provost, Academic Affairs
Barry K. Jackson is the Provost /Vice President of Academic Affairs at Alliance Bible College and Seminary. Prior to his time at Alliance Bible College and Seminary, Pastor Jackson also served as President of the Memphis Youth Coalition and Director of Programs with the Memphis Urban League, gaining unparalleled experience in the Non-Profit and Higher Education sectors, while also establishing himself as a respected licensed and ordained minister over 27 years.
In addition to these leadership roles, Pastor Jackson is an experienced Program Director, known for creating comprehensive curriculums and effective programs with Memphis City Government, Memphis City Schools, and the Department of Corrections.
Pastor Jackson combines a Non-Profit background with a profound devotedness and dedication to the education, inspiration, and Spiritual growth of God’s people. After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ministry from the International College of Ministry and Victory University, Pastor Jackson continued his education earning a Doctorate of Divinity in March 2021 from ABCS. Dr. Jackson also earned certifications in Mental Health and Wellness in African American Men from Morehouse College of Medicine.

Tiffani N. Reed
Equipped with an innate ability to work with all types of equipment, Tiffani will be an asset to the team for ABCS with her experience in clerical support, food management and banking. She loves technology and the Lord has given her astute ability to organize and trouble-shoot.
Tiffani has two handsome sons, Brian Jr., and Blake.
Dr. Marcia Savage Smith, D.Min
Dean, Student Development
Dr. Marcia Savage Smith is currently serving as Dean of Students of Alliance Bible College and Seminary. She graduated from International College of Ministry (Memphis campus) in 2019 with a Doctor in Ministry. In 2018, she graduated from Belhaven University (Memphis Campus) with her Bachelor of Business Administration.
Marcia is currently the Minister of Music at Shiloh Church of Memphis, Memphis, TN. Additionally; she is the manager and customer service representative for B Chill Lemonade LLC, certified instructor for the Living Compass, and the director of Youth Leaders on Target, a program enhancing young adults that operate in leadership roles.
Marcia enjoys playing games with her family and friends; loves to sing, cook, and play the organ in her spare time.
Dr. Dottie J. Woods
Student Advisor Director
Pastor Dr. Dottie Woods is the pastor of Heaven Sent Ministries in Memphis TN. Along with her many duties in the ministry, she is a great motivational speaker! She’s in high demand both nationally and internationally; assimilating and ministering workshops and seminars.
Dr. Dottie is a self- published author of seven (7) books and is also the prayer coordinator for the International Churches of Intercessors (ICCI) since 2000. (Dallas TX).
In 2001 she completed the course in real estate, Success Real Estate School, Memphis TN. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in Ministry, a master’s in Theology, and a doctorate in Ministry from International College of Ministry where it has made a tremendous impact in her ministering. She truly believes that the church “should prosper and be in health even as your soul shall prosper”.
She is the proud mother of six children, 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter!
Cathryn B. Jackson
Minister, Certified Life Coach, Commencement Director
“With more than 22 years of pharmaceutical experience and five years (5) of Human Resource experience, Cathryn Jackson is also a published author of a book entitled “The Pieces of Me” and the Founder/CEO of C.L.A.S.S. (Committed Ladies Advancing Social Standards), a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the personal and professional development of young women with a special concentration of rape and domestic abuse. Through C.L.A.S.S, Cathryn has had the opportunity to develop partnerships with the City of Memphis, The Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center, Memphis Urban League and The City of Memphis District Attorney’s office as well as other organizations throughout Memphis, TN and Phoenix, AZ. She has also served as Executive Director and administrator for the Memphis Youth Coalition. Cathryn is certified in the Ministry and she is a Certified Life Coach which allows her to provide sound, solid, tutelage based on bible principles.
Cathryn has over 13 years in youth ministry, outreach and leadership, in addition to being a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is an excellent person to handle the Commencement duties at ABCS.”
Ellen S. Buggs
Ellen Buggs works as the Executive Assistant for ABCS as well as an Administrator at FedEx Services where she has been employed for 30 years. She is a Co-Chair of the African American Network at FedEx. Ellen graduated from Belhaven University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Currently, she serves as choir president at St. Andrew AME church and is a member of the New Members Ministry and holds a position as the Administrator.
Ellen is the proud mother of four children (one deceased) and four grandchildren.
Cynthia Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. With experiences and testimonies, God has equipped Cynthia to minister and counsel His people with the help of His wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
She was “born and raised” in the church under the Apostolic Pentecostal faith with her father (who transitioned in December 2020). Currently, she serves at Fresh Anointing Ministries serving as the Worship Leader, a Core Team Member (leadership team) and Council Member. Cynthia lives by “all things work together for Good to them that Love God; to them who are called according to His purpose”.
She is married to Paul Bailey (13 years) and is blessed with two sons.
